Dwyer GFM-2102 Gas Mass Flow Meter accurately measures gas flow from 32 to 122°F (0 to 50°C). It has a ±1% FS accuracy, with a response time of 2 seconds. The meter offers a ±12 VDC voltage and output options of 0-5 VDC and 4-20 mA. It is compatible with clean gases and has a 90° tiltable, 3-1/2 digit display. The wetted material is either anodized aluminum, brass, and 316 SS with fluoroelastomer o-rings, or 316 SS with fluoroelastomer o-rings. The pressure limit is 1000 psig (68.9 bar) or 500 psig (34.5 bar), depending on the series. The process connection varies depending on the flow rate. It has a particulate size limit of 5 microns, ±0.25% of FS repeatability, and a leak integrity of 1 x 10-9 sccs of Helium.
