Dwyer GFM-2131 Gas Mass Flow Meter accurately measures flow rates of clean gases. It has a temperature range of 32 to 122°F and an accuracy of ±1% FS. The response time is 2 seconds and it operates on ±12 VDC voltage. It provides linear outputs of 0-5 VDC and 4-20 mA. The 90° tiltable display is easy to read. The wetted material is anodized aluminum, brass, 316 SS, and fluoroelastomer o-rings. It has a pressure limit of 1000 psig and uses various process connections. The product has a particulate size of 5 microns, a repeatability of ±0.25% of FS, and excellent leak integrity.
