Dwyer OP-O-2 Orifice Plate Flowmeter is a versatile and accurate flow measurement solution. It operates in a wide temperature range of -50 to 200°F (-45 to 93°C) and offers an accuracy of ±0.6% full scale flow. It is suitable for use with compatible liquids and gases, with wetted materials made of 304 SS and Buna-N gaskets. The flowmeter has a maximum pressure limit of 150 psi and features a 1/4" female NPT process connection. It can be installed using standard flange 125#/150# rating and requires general pipe requirements of 10 diameter upstream and 5 diameter downstream. The head loss is calculated using the Beta ratio, with a resulting head loss of 51% of the d.p.
